College Savings Plans of Maryland
Announces 2013 “College Savings Starts Here” Tour
The College Savings Plans of Maryland, an independent state agency that provides flexible and affordable plans to help families save for future college expenses, has announced the dates and locations for its 2013 “College Savings Starts Here” Tour.
Throughout the month of March, the College Savings Plans of Maryland will visit 7 counties throughout the state to answer questions and educate parents on the benefits of enrolling in either – or both – of its two 529 Plans: the Maryland Prepaid College Trust and the Maryland College Investment Plan. At certain locations, parents will be able to enroll in the Plans on-site. The sessions are free to attend and no registration is required.
